How does your carpet cleaning work?
We use hot water extraction, the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers. A cleaning solution is injected deep into the carpet pile under pressure, then immediately extracted along with the loosened dirt, grit and stains. It cleans from the base of the fibre upwards rather than just the surface, leaving carpets genuinely clean and touch-dry in a few hours.

Typically a few hours, not overnight. We control the amount of water going into the carpet so it is touch-dry the same day and you can have your room back that evening. Airflow helps, so we will usually suggest leaving a window ajar if it is warm enough.
Can you remove old or stubborn stains?
We pre-treat every stain individually before the main clean and shift the vast majority. If a mark is permanent, for instance a bleach spot or a dye transfer that has set, we will tell you honestly rather than promising the earth and charging you anyway.
