W.M Carpet Cleaning Services is a local, independent business run out of Crowle on the Isle of Axholme. When you call, you speak to the person who will be doing the work, not a booking agent reading from a script. When we quote a job, we quote it ourselves, because we are the ones turning up with the machine.
How we got started
We set up W.M Carpet Cleaning Services to do one thing right: give people in this corner of North Lincolnshire a carpet and upholstery clean they can actually trust. No hard sell, no confusing pricing, no leaving your carpets soaked and your sofa damp for two days.
The Isle of Axholme and the towns around it, Goole, Thorne, Hatfield, Doncaster, are full of homes with carpets that have taken years of family life, muddy boots and the odd disaster. Most of the time those carpets do not need replacing. They need a decent deep clean from someone who knows what they are doing. That is the gap we fill.

Honesty beats a sales pitch
If a stain has been there three years and set into the backing, we tell you it might not come out fully. We would rather set the right expectation than overpromise and disappoint you.
A clean carpet should not wreck your day
We use hot water extraction and we do not over-wet the pile, so your carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours. You are not stepping around wet patches until tomorrow.
Local means accountable
We live and work here. If you are not happy, we are not hiding behind a call centre. You will have the mobile number of the person who did the job.
